Swedish cross-country skiing star Ebba Andersson has been dealing with persistent knee problems that led to several falls during recent competitions. The reigning world champion in the skiathlon and 10km made an involuntary fall during the relay in Val di Fiemme where Sweden settled for silver while Norway took gold. She fell again during the same relay and once more during the 50km race in Holmenkollen.
Andersson describes the knee issue as 'unpredictable' and reveals she's been working hard over the summer to regain control. 'I have tried to let go of the mental barriers that kept appearing at the end of last season,' she explained, noting that's when she felt she didn't have full control over her knee. The Swedish star is preparing for the new season while managing these physical and mental challenges. cricket-ipl.co.za
