Bills Sign Haynesworth, Waive Dalena

The Buffalo Bills have signed center Sincere Haynesworth and waived receiver Mac Dalena, adding depth at the position.

Haynesworth, 25, entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2024 and has spent time with the Saints, Patriots, and Cardinals. He also played for the UFL's St. Louis Battlehawks in 2026. The move comes as Buffalo deals with injuries at center.

Dalena joined the Bills in June and had previously spent time with the Seahawks. The roster moves provide additional depth for the Bills as they prepare for the upcoming season. turconews.click
