Brisbane Lions Secure Historic Three-Peat in Thriller

The Brisbane Lions have sealed a historic three-peat, defeating Fremantle 14.12 (96) to 12.17 (89) at the MCG in a grand final classic. In barely believable circumstances, the Lions surged home with a four-goal spree in the final four minutes, including the last two from Logan Morris, after Fremantle's "Wharfie Time" activation.

The Dockers led by 17 points before the Lions finished like a freight train. The victory marked only the second time since 1981 that a team has won the grand final after trailing at three-quarter-time, following Geelong's comeback over St Kilda in 2009. The day began with a sparkling performance from Kylie Minogue featuring "The Loco-Motion." piekny-pies.pl
