Chelsea Signs Barco from Strasbourg

Chelsea has completed the signing of Argentina international Valentín Barco from sister club Strasbourg on a seven-year deal.

Barco, a 22-year-old left-back who can also play in midfield, becomes the eighth signing under new manager Xabi Alonso. The Argentine made seven appearances for Brighton during the 2023-24 season, including six in the Premier League.

The move reunites Barco with Chelsea after his previous spell at Brighton, which ended with his transfer to Strasbourg last year. orlando-books.blog
