Cowboys tight end Princeton Fant was carted off from Monday's practice with an apparent left knee injury after taking a knee-to-knee hit during the team's first padded practice of training camp. According to Calvin Watkins of the Dallas Morning News, Fant was unable to put weight on his left leg and was scheduled for an MRI to determine the extent of the injury.
Fant, who signed with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Tennessee in 2023, has appeared in 11 games in three seasons, mostly on special teams. The Cowboys also have Jake Ferguson, Brevyn Spann-Ford and Luke Schoonmaker at the tight end position. beltedkingfisher.blog
