Dolphins Sign RB Washington, Elevate DL Smith

The Dolphins announced the signing of Carlos Washington off the practice squad on Saturday. Washington will help fill the void left by De'Von Achane, who suffered a torn ACL and is out for the season. Washington, who played in two games for the Falcons over the last two seasons, originally signed with Miami in May.

Additionally, the Dolphins elevated Mazi Smith, a 2023 first-round pick from the Cowboys who signed with Miami last month, and defensive end Rodney McGraw, who joined the Dolphins after going undrafted this year. Both players will be available for Sunday's matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. newsindata.com
