Panthers Sign LB Dodson to Practice Squad

The Carolina Panthers have signed veteran linebacker Tyrel Dodson to their practice squad, following his release by the Dolphins over the weekend.

Tyrel Dodson, who started 16 games for the Dolphins last season after being acquired in a 2024 trade with the Seahawks, has found a new home in Carolina. The Panthers' general manager, Dan Morgan, was part of the Buffalo front office when Dodson entered the league as an undrafted free agent with the Bills in 2020. michezonews.co.za

Over his career, Dodson has accumulated 379 tackles, 11.5 sacks, four interceptions, three forced fumbles, and three fumble recoveries. The Panthers also signed defensive tackle Anthony Goodlow to the practice squad on Tuesday.
