Sky Set to Broadcast Women's Lions Tour

Sky Sports is in advanced discussions to broadcast all five fixtures of the first women's British & Irish Lions tour in New Zealand next year. The tour will feature three Tests against the Black Ferns and two tour matches.

The broadcaster has held live rights for men's Lions fixtures since the 1997 tour of South Africa, and adding the women's series would represent a significant boost for the women's game. catcross.org
